I ended up stripping it right back after all , although it was cool it was not really what I wanted .

There is some nice things doing a resto like this... It's like a journey where you discover bits of history of a car. Having an 'experienced' body on it doesn't detract from the overall good looks. What I tend to do with pictures is take them from a greater distance then crop them back to make the file smaller , not sure if it's better but it's simpler for me .
