The Newest Hobbywing Justock 10.5 combo came in last week--

Got it all together and ready for some track time this weekend.

The 14ga motor leads got warm from a few runs up & down the street-- have some 12ga on the way.

Got a lightened diff hub on Ebay-- (there are a few left!) The seller told me this is a Factory Team (before FT was a brand) piece that was given out to Team drives BITD.

It shaves off about 4G

Re: My 10LS (and it becoming a Pro10)

Ben reading thought the Pro10 thread on RCTech-- gleaning som good info.

One thing I discovered is Lefthander R/C and Mudslide Motorsports-- they are RC Oval suppliers and thus have a bunch of parts that fit the 10L's

looking to loose a little of the weight being added, I took about 3g out of a spare left rear hub. I have a lightened diff hub on the way that I plan to do the same to.

Re: First Track?

Started racing a WIld One with the Somerset County (New Jersey) 4-H RC Car club, in about '87 (my sophomore year in HS). One of the members got me a line on a second-hand RC10 and soon told me about The Hobby Depot, in Raritan, NJ (grew up in Martinsville). Raced loamy dirt oval there, with hand cou...

I made a new one out of delrin, but that one broke there, too.

Gonna inlay some CF...
