Re: Lazer zx

I removed the bushings from the gearbox and used bearings to reduce friction, plus ended up cutting the sections away and yes removed my belt covers but raced ob carpet or grass and astro rather than dirt or clay. I also removed my front steering posts and put in ultima or ...

Re: 1997 Brian Kinwald XX World Champ Replica (updated 11/04/18)

He rubbed the colour off the springs so people wouldn't know which colour spring he was running, he'd leave a small trace of the colour up one end so he could still identify which weight spring he was pulling out of his tool box Its argued that by removing the paint, it made the spring slightly sof...

Re: gm he 3000s super galaxy programmable team esc

I used a 410k for ten years, won a shed load of regionals, made the top ten in the uk and it kept going strong. Only issue was if you touched the keypad after a race it damaged the esc so just unplugged the battery and it never failed me. Anyway this is what im resoldering with new wires, tbh it loo...

Re: Wheels for Mid or Lazer

I wasnt keen on the original kit wheels and the are a bit nicer to the eye, the hpi black star wheels did look good though but i found they did flex more than the kit wheels so opted to stay with a dish design. The way 3d technology is advancing see no reason why you cant just design a wheel that su...

Re: KYOSHO Lazer ZX RR - Fibrelyte - Manobet - Mayo RC

I think someone has fitted a zx5 shell but whatever suits you. For reference on this sites page 273 my cars pictures arent the best with the shell which is a tomcat shell at fibrelyte but you will need to buy a zxr undertray on ebay to get a perfect fit. Hope it helps. http://www.oople.com/forums/sh...
