As a twist to this thread - something I just picked up. A project to keep me from buying more RC cars... Will be a father/son 'build'. Lots of plans, need to set a realistic budget. Not going crazy with motor, it will be his first car, keeping it stock but reliable. Wonder if my RC paint would trans...

Not a stock chassis, wrong shape. Searching....Thinking AMain, Hardcore Racing, maybe Holeshot Racing.

I've had a few (worn) sets on cars I have bought - are you sure they arent titanium? I remember them being very light weight.

A&L lethal weapon tran, RPM rear bulkhead, later T2/GT "flat" arms - at least what I can see.

Looks like the RC10 Mirage/Turbo Mirage (not sure of the difference between them). I think this is the same on my old TCP.
