I use Associated spring sets 1581 and 1582. The range is a bit on the soft side, but have a look at the rates and see if they might work for you.

If you look again at the picture there's one of the spur adapters there too (the red thing)

They were made by RW Racing (Also known as SRM)
RW and SRM are not the same.
RW made (and still makes) special parts for several cars, sold by them but...

Belt in Club 10 has 478D printed on it.

Belt in Works has 202DS printed on it.

Shotgun body was, from memory, a Parma item... not sure of the exact model though. Repro decals used...

The CAT 2000 and CAT 3000 do not share the same chassis plate.

The CAT 2000 and CAT 2000 EC placed the motor toward the rear of the chassis with the batteries more forward. Though similar in layout, the CAT 2000 and CAT 2000 EC chassis are...

Thanks for the heads up.
I've always liked composite materials more than Aluminium for chassis parts, shock towers etc for just this reason.
I certainly wasn't going to seek out more aftermarket Aluminium bits but like you say probably ok...

Really great to see your video of the C car in action.
I have one lurking in the garage that has not run for approaching 30 years!
Its on the list for a tidy up once I've done the old Schumacher off road cars.

I received a good mix of shock towers with a well used CAT 2K 3-5 years ago.
I built a normal suspension, back then - and now trying to build a laid down version.

Would You happen to know if the carbon A-brace is correct for laid...

Jeff very kindly sent this to me with the Jamie Booth Egress chassis parts - I intend to fit it to my Bosscat which is mid-rebuild and I'll feed-back on performance :)

I would think its probably bomb proof, also has alloy outdrives.

Checked the shocks this morning after a couple of days with fresh oil, and there does not appear to be any leakage. So it looks like the foam trick worked. Good, because I have plenty of that stuff ;)

So after some time I've recived my custom alloy front diff hangers. The delay really was Tim who made them has only just started producing alloy parts and was waiting on a new finishing tumbler to make them all nice and shiny and smooth.

It's got the 2000ec look about it and that chassis is very nice I do like a lesser spotted prototype rc

If you go metric or inches just make sure you get some new good quality nitrile ones. I have been very disappointed with some of the New old Stock U725Y floating around. Nitrile isn't ageing gracefully, especially if it has been exposed to light and...

Luke's Procat of oople has a repo belt cover made by brian s on oople just to let you know :D

I didn't think it would make a massive difference as I was going to remove the top deck bracket to help with a bit if flex. I was just trying to tap into the wealth of knowledge on here

If You didn´t get side stitch of joy when You got it - then You should trade it of for something else :D
Bosscat is one of the easier, old Schumacher buggy´s, to find parts for IMO.
Put up a request...

oh, there were guys in my club who would regularly buy the new Schumacher kits, then spend about double the kit price on aftermarket parts.
didn't really seem to help them win anymore races though, but hey I liked buying those cars used when they...

I have a couple of these geared transmissions plus new internals. Can't say that I love them but I did find a use for it in my Storm truck out in the sand on the beach.
