Here's a few shots of my Kyosho Assault. It's a new build that I completed last year. I'd had the kit for some time after bagging it from a collector in Japan, but when I came to build it the screw pack was missing. By some small miracle I managed...

dont kill me for being slightly off topic, but since we are talking about high priced things on ebay, remember those little toy cars? that cost what,. 30 cents BITD? tell me this isnt outrageous ! :
I know these two names are mentioned on the forms but looking for others experience on which is better. It will be for a Turbo Rocky shelf queen. Team Blue Groove or Marwankw?
Has anyone use a body for their Kyosho Ultima pro - other than stock ?? I was just wondering if someone has a few ideas or has used another cool body for their Ultima Pro. I was trying to get a look something like the picture.
Thanks for the help....

Well, last night I bit the bullet and ordered a Outrage body
like RichieRich has on his Ultima Pro. $19.95 for a body is more reasonable than $40.00 plus that I have seen for other Ultima Pro bodies !! Plus I sure like the look of it !!
So I have a complete Rocky and a parts one that needs a upper and lower chassis. I purchased one listed on ebay to put the parts one together. The seller said it had the upgrade Aluminum chassis . I wasn't sure if it might have been a Turbo Rocky as...

Nice score. I bid on that item, thinking that I could use the Turbo Rocky chasis on my Rocky. Congrats on winning it!
Can anyone confirm if the aluminum chasis will work on a Rocky? There's a guy on Ebay selling the Turbo Rocky chasis but I'm...
Ok, got a couple of questions, I have a Kyosho Sidewinder that is missing enough of the Sidewinder specific parts that I am thinking about rebuilding it as a Scorpion. I think I have figured out most of the parts that I need to acquire to accomplish...

To fit Ultima front wheels on your Sidewinder want be a problem! Or any other front wheel with the bearings in the wheel. To the...

Fantastic looking car, although I'd find it really difficult to choose between those sets of wheels. Both sets look great. The second set look like Sees if I'm not mistaken?
Maybe change the wheels around each week so both sets get to go on...
I have a Kyosho Chevy step side from around -84! But I’m looking for replacement truck/pickup body for this truck. My original body is beyond salvageable.
The measurement is as follow:
Wheel base: 275mm (about 11 inch)
Wide: 200mm (about 8 inch)
So...

A clodbuster has a 10.63 wheelbase. The juggernaut has an 11 wheelbase. Maybe one of those bodies would come close.
I've been having a challenge thinking about how to install a rear body mount for my Optima. I want to mount it/them to the rear shock tower, probably the rear side of the tower, inboard of the shock mount holes. Without having to drill, does anybody...

Did some measuring, it looks like these Duratrax DTXC2613 3 body posts will work perfectly...and even better, my LHS happens to have 'em in stock! So no additional 2-week delay! I can get back to work on it this weekend. 8)
Any Trumpy owners out there?
I had a some NIP Triumph spares in my parts bin and I was lucky enough to make a trade with redscampi for a whole lotta parts-around one and a half cars stripped down.

Any ideas to me.
I have already one ultima A&L graphite.
If someone have some links of A&L projects please link them here.

Does anyone remember who the guy was that sold sandrail frames like this on ebay last year I think there was a post showing them they were selling for 150.00 and I believe there was an orange painted one and some red painted chassis?
hey guys , would these tires fit the turbo optima style rim?? im trying to find a tire i can use to run the car so i dont were down the originals... thanks.

One thing to remember, those are optima mid wheels (one piece) while the turbo optima is a 3 piece wheel. You may have problems fitting the tamiya tire on the optima wheel becasue of the bead.
I bought this for nostalgia, I used to see this body in RCCA but cant remember who made it, As you can see its a Turbo Optima JG conversion, I have been replacing warn parts on it for a wile, someday i will have it like new hopefully lol.

Is there anyone who knows what Kyosho model this is? It has the same gear-box and trailing arms as the Scorpion. The rear wheels are from a RSB, not original. And where i cud find a manual?

Just a quick confirmation--received the gear today, it's an exact match for the stock OT-41 gear. It's made of steel however, and is significantly heavier than the stock aluminum gear. As OT-76 hard final pinion gears are few and far between (and...
