I did as suggested and got the toe almost to 0 degrees. I really don't need it neutral but thats how it came out by switching the rear swing arms. I did order some degree blocks and the 1.5 hub carrier to get the toe closer to my SRT electric truck....

Traxxas hard anodized shocks with titanium coated shafts are $30 or less a pair. If that is too expensive I would stick with the plastics. You won’t find a better quality shock imo for that price. The cheap threaded eBay/amazon shocks are garbage.

These cars are running with 55T Brushed motors. The smaller pinion was too small.

So they are not that fast.

I chose those motors specifically to get the kids on a learning curve.

Hobbywing Brushless system.

And added a set of Jconcepts Midwest wheels and some Proline Destroyer 2.2 tires.
