Just tried it out. I found I didn't have a 20 but I had a 21 tooth so I put that in. With cold road rage 2 tires it was all I could do to control it. Cold tires had a lot to do with it as we run them on our rc10gt s and have to get them warmed up...
Since the felt dust gasket is no longer in existence for the old stealth transmission on the RC10T (part 6566 on the diagram, which strangely comes up as a plastic cover on lots of sites). What is a good substitute. My felt cover is starting to...

Trademarks and copyrights expire. Also most of those logos used or even parts like chassis, towers etc... are from companies no longer in existence like hot trick, and novak. They have become discontinued parts/brands. Usually it would cost someone...
I'm new to Associated stuff, please bear with me. I know there are 3/16 & 1/4 rear axles, but what about these stubs that are both? I thought the 1/4 axles/wheels were 1/4 all the way through? Clearly these wheels are made for these axles since they...

Its currently torn apart to get rebuilt for the 2022 event at the end of the year.
So I stopped into a local hobby shop yesterday looking for a B4/T4 top shaft to modify my T3 Stealth and I struck out. The owner caught up to me in the parking lot as I was pulling away and said he had this T4 in the back room he would sell me. I...

Generally the 10T and 10T2 bodies fit the T4's stock body mounts, the SC10 front body mounts on the T4 give you slightly more length if you need.
Here's mine on a T4...... it has a slightly different front tower but that wouldn't matter....
Hello all,
I don't have a problem, just a question on vintage associated part numbers.
I just picked up a nice condition t2 chassis off ebay and noticed that it has the 2 holes drilled for the mechanical speed controller. The other t2's i have do...

Going from memory… the 7011 sport truck was being sold as the entry level kit still when the T2 arrived in Team only form. Pretty sure it was towards the end of the T2 when the sport came out and took over entry level. Again, this is just from...
I have a few T3 runners so I have collected quite a few parts of the years. My daughter is getting to the age where I thought I'd put a truck together for her too. After digging thru my stuff I discovered I have enough parts to build a truck with...

Cool build you've got. I've become a big fan of the T3/B2/3 series over the past year. I am nearly done with my T3, and currently working on my B3.
That's nice! I believe you picked up a B3 from me in 2021. My all new build I did similar to my T3...
I had planned on running this after collecting some modern parts along the way. In the spirit of this JConcepts article here and on their website I figured an A & L Factory Works version would be cool to do. I do have the JConcepts steering rack and...

Is it the picture angle, or is that servo huge?
Its an Airtronics 94162z MG hi torque (115-144oz) servo. Yeah, the top case compared to a 94102 std servo is about 1/8 longer at top when comparing the at the servo mount. So far makes a great...
So, I purchased a Gt, got it at a great price as far as I am concerned. From the pics on the auction, it looked as though all it needs is a little tlc, and maybe a new engine. From the research I have done no biggie. I didn’t buy this thing to be a...

I always use a small pattern nut on the rear mounts anyways. I like that it keeps the mounts more secure.
I thought I would consolidate any pictures or discussions I wanted to share with the forum into one thread, for simplicity.
I'll start with my 10T from my original thread. I got this one running with some new electronics and a 550 motor and went...

any updates ?
I moved overseas for a number of years and it got put in a box for another time. I plan to revisit it next time I get a break from life, ha. My youngest liked your body however, and it lived on his T3.
A few words my Dad said after I told him we bought a house. That was 15 years ago. I did get the stuff out, and then sold off of my Losi electrics on Ebay (hopefully a member picked it up,was full of decent Jrxt bits). The only thing i kept was a...

Picked up this beauty on Crags list with a bunch of extra wheels and motors for around $135.
Loved my 10T back in the early 90's.
Came with a few Futaba Magnum radios as well.
Charged the oldazz batteries and whoosh they work!

Thanks for all the information, Lobo. I'm still not sure if I'll ever do anything with this truck, but this is most helpful should I decide to.
I have read a bit here that you can upgrade your top shaft with the B4 slipper on an original 10T? can someone direct me to the correct parts needed for this? Thanks in advance.

I am running that on my sons car. Make sure you have the correct top shaft.
Note that this one does not have a built in spacer, similar to the kit original top shaft.
I had to put a bushing between the stealth transmission body and back of the triad...
I questioned them as being from the early 7001 shipment because of the information another member posted to the RC10T history thread. Has it been confirmed that did happen ?
I am new here. Haven't had a r/c truck since I was a kid and it was a original Tamiya Stadium Blitzer. Got it when it was brand new. Always remember seeing everything with the rc10 platform but couldn't afford it. 30 yrs later and I finally get one....

I was bidding against you on that truck 2.
I wasn't sure on much of it but it looks like an collection of some harder to find parts.
It looks to me like the rc10t composite craft chassis, RPM rear arms and technacraft turnbuckles.
Are there any obvious sources for truck 2.2 pin style rear wheels for the 3/16 axle? I haven't seen any available at JConcepts, Factory Works, or Schumacher but maybe I'm missing something. I'm not ready to convert to 12mm hex yet.

Badd Boyz anodizing, quite a nice little time capsule you've got there.
Speaking of which I always wondered what happened to Badd Boys as it must have been a offshoot of a larger company.
I'm 29 years old, which makes the team moo Rc10t roughly the same age as myself. When I was probably 7-8 years old I saw a flash back post in a rc magazine on cliff letts Rc10t with the iconic cow front end paint scheme. Since that...

Very cool truck! Would like to find a nicely lightened chassis. Most of the lightened chassis look terrible. If someone takes their time it can be very tastefully done and add to the uniqueness of the truck. Looks like you got a good one
Given the current price of Stealth transmissions, I couldn't pass this up. Total price was $140.
