Thanks for your reply, but you kind of missed my question. The rotor parts came loose from the axle, so I put in a dual pole rotor I had laying around. Now I'm wondering what are the consequences of this swap.

I took my time before sending my S6240 Spektrum in for warranty but a mere 3 weeks after sending it in I got it back.
