that's awesome !
I love the stories on ex racers cars like that.

I own the CAT 2K Craig Drescher used to win the Euros back in 94, it's also got some nice parts on it.

Stulec52, yes I agree, the cars with history are so much more interesting. I'd love to see the Drescher car if you have any pics. I raced against Craig with that car many years back.

would the shock parts be Trinity bits?

That's one heck of a decked out Cat you have here - with pedigree on top. Super nice!

I sold my axis (cat2000-based DTM) for peanuts many many years ago, and it had all the purple speed secrets... I'm still kicking myself for this one :(

thanks for sharing!

I have the magazine article about his win somewhere, so it should be possible to recreate the body.

I got the car from Jason Potter, he did also have the Keil cell Craig used, but he said they wouldn't charge, and to be honest shipping them to Canada would be not worth it.

I also know the body I currently have on it although not correct, it was painted by Mark Parsons who did lots of Craigs shells.
Jason got the car direct from Craig in about 1998.

I actually should do something with the car, either finish the build,

That's a nice car it would be great to get it back in the same spec Craig used to win the Euros. There are quite a few pictures of the shell from that meeting I think.

I will try and find the 96 euros in my UK magazines. I should have them somewhere.

Luke,

Could be Jons but dont recall him using that colour scheme on any of his cars, and raced him at most Welsh championship events. Great find if it is. Also hope you still have your Lazer.
