I have tracked down Mike Barton who still has my old Fab 2000, hopefully I can convince him to part with it ;-)

You guys might like this.
Especially the story.
I should do some better pics too.
It is the car I built when I bought the conversion kit.
I ran it on and off road, was a great car, especially on our astro turf track.
The reason I sold it on was not a lack of performance or anything like that, but I got a Team Schumacher drive, and as such was only allowed to drive Scumacher stuff.
Great to have this in my collection, not only rare, but actually built new by me, and although owned by 2 other guys since I built it, I think both just bought it on a whim, and it really wasn't used much at all after I sold it.

Bang on, hope you get it or by now got it but itll probably be a mess just like all his cars were but will be fun rebuilding. I remember that car well and was a shame it didnt take off as it had a lot of potential. Mike didnt let me change the setup either or springs at the British Grand Prix so wasnt able to get it better to suit my driving so felt it had much more available to give. Shame as it was a good car.

This is Mark Stantons's Fabix that he was wanting to race at the revival but I'm not sure he's got it finished in time.

Nice, think we had a bigger front tower on ours, think Craig's car (he can eleborate more as tbh I've forgotten) was a proto.
