Post pictures, please.

You think the arms are flexy? On the '94 YZ10? Those are solid arms, about as stiff as they get, unless you're used to running aluminum arms or something...

I did have Dynotech generate replicas of the '94 arms, but their machining constraints prevent them from replicating the kick-down in the arms. So their '94 repro arms are flat rather than bent like the originals. Maybe they're a bit stiffer, but again, the stock arms are plenty stiff.

Even the Works arms aren't that flexy. Do you normally use concrete arms or something? ;)

If the pictures are too large, you can shrink them down in MS Paint and post them here. No point sending them to one person when this forum is meant for sharing information like this.

Haha...

I'll have to check my ZXR to see if the arms are more "solid" than the Works arms. Maybe they are, but I have a Works '93 runner and it's fantastic, "wobbly" arms and all.

The small turnbuckles for the front (and rear) arms in the Works '93 are actually to reduce bulkhead wear. By tightening it down, it presses the hinge pins against the bulkhead, thereby forcing the suspension arm only to rotate on the hingepin, rather than having the hingepin rotate inside the bulkhead and wear it out. Easier to replace worn plastic arms than work aluminum bulkheads.

Oh, the torque rods. Their primary purpose is to limit fore/aft play in the castor block.
