Re: MY BRAND NEW 94 YZ10
Build of the month contest is Yokomo only. Just sayin'. "Wink" "wink".
I dig the ghost "Yokomo" on the side with the colors blasting through it.

Hope you're doin' something fun.
Re: MY BRAND NEW 94 YZ10
The upper Deck original CML Dreshar, now you can get a repo from fibre-lyte but you wont find an original like this one, you would have more of a chance trying to find hens teeth, the dampers are original Team associated factory team shocks that alot off the top drivers use to run and if you look closely they are the exact same ones that masami and all the other factory drivers use, you maybe a little confused because it doesnt look like your traditional 94 yz10 but thats only because there are so many factory team hop ups on their how ever your right about the bumper bar it is an original RPM lol i have it on there just for now as i have an original on the way, but you didnt do too bad one out off four isnt bad LOL.crusaderlyf wrote:after market or custom upper deck. non stock body set、bumper、 tyre set, May be also the damper set

Re: BRAND NEW 94 YZ10
Top deck is an original CML item developed by Craig Drescher to stiffen the car (mainly for higher traction) as it screws to the motor mount above the layshaft.
Shocks are Associated Teflons, a common upgrade back in the day.
The body is a pro painted Protech shell - fitted as it looks cool and a bit of a change from the standard YZ-10 94 shell.
I also sent Andrew a brand new original 94 chassis which is not reproduced by FL.

Thanks Daniel i absolutely love this buggy and cant thank you enough for selling it to me, i never thought i would ever own such a rare buggy in such mint brand new condition and thanks for clarifying all the points above, and truth be known this buggy looks a million times better than the standard 94 yz10 thats what attracted me to it in the first place, and to be honest i dont even know why crusaderlyf felt it necessary to post those comments in my thread but hey each to there own. thanks again.

Re: BRAND NEW 94 YZ10
I can't remember Craig Drescher or CML offering an option chassis for the 1994 Yokomo YZ10. In my opinion, the chassis on your car is a Yokomo OEM item (ZD-115).The upper Deck and chassis are original CML Dreshar, now you can get a repo from fibre-lyte but you wont find an original like this one, you would have more of a chance trying to find hens teeth
Nah The body included in the Yokomo 1994 YZ10 was part number ZD-104C. What you have on your car is an original/reproduction? "Fastrax" Protech body.and that body was the one supplied in the kit
They look like standard Team Associated hard anodised/teflon coated shocks. Are they new or used?the dampers are original Team associated factory team shocks that alot off the top drivers use to run and if you look closely they are the exact same ones that masami and all the other factory drivers use
I can see a carbon fibre upper deck, Kyosho steel turnbuckles on the rear links, carbon bellcrank support, extra holes drilled in the front shock tower and a Yokomo TCS. Can you tell us about the other Factory Team hop ups? Congrats on finding a new OEM ZD-111 front bumper. Quite rare.you maybe a little confused because it doesnt look like your traditional 94 yz10 but thats only because there are so many factory team hop ups on their how ever your right about the bumper bar it is an original RPM lol i have it on there just for now as i have an original on the way, but you didnt do too bad one out off four isnt bad LOL.
The paint looks really nice. Did the car come with the white fibreglass battery hold down straps?
Vin
Re: BRAND NEW 94 YZ10
Thanks for that, yes your right my mistake i meant only the top deck was a CML top deck, and i thought this was the body included in the kit and didnt no it was a repo but i think it looks amazing, and the buggy came with no battery braces but i have some straps on the way that i bought from a member on heir that are made from G10.

Yes it was Naushad's - the myth the legend
Nice to know it isn't a repro shell, never realised that!
Sorry NJ I had to sell a few
