Ok this may sound crazy. I am wanting to replicate my first rc the Kyosho Tracker. I can't explain how this truck got me so avid at the time. I bought one when I was 18 and even though it was pretty much a basher I really enjoyed it. It started it all for me. I use to take it to my local track and run it against stadium trucks on practice days. Belive it or not after upgrades in electronics bearings motor and king blackfoot tires it was competitve against them. Looked good with the blackfoot spiked v-treads too. I have lost track of the original chassis over the years but working with vintage cars I have become nastalgic for my first rc.

So my plans are to rummage through stuff that never got packed to see if I still have the original chassis. Or I am waiting for my tax returns and scouring ebay for a deal on one unpainted.

Yes exactly that. I was looking at that already. I would jump on it but after getting 5 rc's in 3 months I had to promise my wife that I would not buy another one untill my taxes come in. Doesn't matter that I have barely and money tied into them though.

Update!!!! Thanks to a stroke of luck I will soon be reciving a complete Kyosho Tracker chassis! All I need to at least make it a roller is wheels and tires. I am over the moon! I know that the tracker is hardly the most wanted rc but y'all know my story behind wanting one.

Sweet! I had a Trakker too as a kid. It was my third car and like yours, it was a basher
