Can someone enlighten me on these tires, both front and rear.
I did the Schumacher body before the repro body era.
The fronts say ULTRA GRIP 9000
The Rears, RCMD and some Japanese letters.

Thanks

The ULTRA GRIP 9000's are Aristo-Craft. They came on the front of their 2wd buggies as you might expect.

Actually, it would be the Kangaroo and Koala. The Dolphin was their 4wd buggy which shared the same tires as their Draggin Wagon sled.

All-around marvels of engineering if I do say so myself.

Dennis, is that a Lazer rear shock tower peeking out from the chassis? and if so did it require drilling?

Mine is a 2wd with yellow plastic hardware polished alloy shocks - does that make it a Kangaroo?

Before buying the rolling chassis, I bought a bunch of spares hoping that the Gearbox would fit the Samurai. Disapointed by the fact that nothing matched, I decided to buy the rolling 2wd, just to make a complete fool of myself. It was one of these auction, where the shipping was higher than the purchase
