Re: What POSSIBLE reason........
I was digging around in some boxes today and found some new wide andy's front arms.
They're actually for losi. I have the package to prove it, i'm not hoarding kyosho stuff. but i'm under the impression they both used the same arms. I'll just have to drill out the bulkhead and castor blocks to 1/8".

Yup! Nice find
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

I agree, it'd be a shame to waste good shocks like that.Charlie don't surf wrote:Wouldn't it be better to just put Kyosho shocks on a RC10?scr8p wrote:that is NEVER a good option.

Re: What POSSIBLE reason........
Jeff cut some towers for me to play with. Left some of the factory holes, removed others. The big ones were the upper row mounting holes for attaching the tower to the bulkhead. As well as the large oval hole between the 4 mounting holes. I plan on cutting the bulkhead down and attaching the b2 trans brace right to the tower (with a spacer between the 2) so I'll be able to put the new holes where I need them and won't have a bunch of unused ones. The stock bulkhead does flex a lot so I'm not sure if i'll leave it like that. But, a top deck is in the works to so that may help it.
Thanks again jeff.

Re: What POSSIBLE reason........
Well my plan for using the b2 trans brace wasn't gonna go the way I wanted it to. So I had to go with option B. Cut and bend some aluminum, and drill some holes.
