Did a little more research and by looking at the spare parts section in the zx-5 manual it looks as if you have the wrong c-hubs. stock ones are a lot thinner and not as bulky. my aluminum ones are same way.

Here's a pic of the steering knuckle and opposite lock on my zx5

And here's the washers I added to the steering knuckle to get rid of the bump steer, you can see it at full compression and full droop. There's still a little there but I like it where it's at.

Allright. Thanks guys! I started adjusting the rear diff and slipper in small increments, spinning the wheels as I go. Its pretty good now. I think the thrust balls just needed settling in. Tomorrow I will take apart the front end, and see if I have other c hubs. I bet the ones in there are for a tf car? Will post pics too.

Glad you figured it out, without having to buy fresh parts. Yep, I've done that myself, before I realized that the R & L side hubs & knuckles weren't symmetrical, even though they look like it at a glance.
Going to tackle the bump steer next.
That's not usually as difficult as it sounds...start by making sure your tie-rods are parallel to your control arms and your bump steer will mostly disappear.
