This could be a lucky day for you.
I had one of these which would allways cog. Never used it much (obviously). I just tried other armatures and brushes/spring combinations on it. Nothing helped.

I still have the house and endbell.
(I probably have the ring and armature too in abox with moter parts, but I have no clue which ones belong with this moter it is  )
10$ for the house and endbell, plus shipping, and its yours.

Please PM RitchieRich with your offer on the motor... The arm should be a 19T single with 0.9mm (19AWG) wire.

Some Kyosho motors
the green one I have had since I was a kid. I took the Lemans label off and put a revtech sticker on it instead :? I guess I liked Revtech motors when I was a kid.
Have a nice day! :)

yoohoo a 600E !
that waas the first modified motor i bought to replace the mabuchi 540 that came with the boomerang.

Just to find out a couple weeks later, on my very first race ever. that
A) the 600E was a stock moter , but not allowed in stock class anyway
B) there was no stock class for 4x4

I had to save for a long time to replace it with a technigold. I'm sure every one had a technigold in europe at one point.

Nice stuff Bill! I'll soldier along on mine...or wait for the mail to show up. I don't have the piece you need. Do you have the part number? If that was all that was holding me up I'd probably go with a plastic washer and a grommet. Are you sure the piece is oval, or is the hole oval to allow some chassis flex? I don't have the manual for the BW Spider version...

Is that a Dan's "Motorhome" motor case you've got there? I've got one, it's all full of boring old motors too.

Mr. Ed - thanks for the offer. I've actually decided to take a different approach to restoring my Turbo Optima. The original plan was to restore it to box stock specs but it's been like 5 years and it's been sitting collecting dust. After seeing Tanaka San's Turbo Optima with the Protech I body, I decided to go that route. I'll have pictures up soon on another thread.

I could use a one-way bearing and a NOS body for my Fantom, any suggestions on where I might find them?

Thanks,

Bob

The one way bearing is just "a size" if you can get it out of the carrier. I have a sprocket set coming, but I don't think the one way hub is included going by the parts listing. Bill's got a lot of stuff on the table in his pics...

NOS bodies... yeah. I'll end up using a TOJ or Bolink 962 for shelf duty.

Here's some part numbers if that helps:

EF-9 front sprocket with one-way
EF-19 sprocket set
EF-97 CRC-II body
EF-40 Kremer Porsche
EF-41 RM Special
EF-42 Porsche 956
EF-56 BW Spider
EF-77 Alfa T-33
EF-78 BMW M1c

Keep me in mind if you find any... :)

Woohoo! Small servos! Hard to tell, but they're Futaba G plug FP-S20's (3 of 'em). This is the correct throttle servo that is a direct fit in the radio tray (the only other period option seems to be the Sanwa SM-401 (94401?). The rest of the radio gear is sorted, FP-S32H for steering and an FP-R2H micro receiver (thanks aconsola!). I think the FP-2PKA Magnum Junior radio I have is appropriate for this combo, I haven't been able to find a nice Magnum Senior... Now I wait for the stuff from Australia...
