There are optional C-hubs for the tf2 and tf3 that come in different caster angles. Flipping the frontplate upside down and file the holes out a bit will raise the caster on the arm too.

Using the maxxum or lazer front arms will give you more choice in different caster C-hubs again. Trial and error though.

well the 2014 scorpion has 4 spider gears, just like the original scorpion buggy,

part SC228, it shows 4 spider gears, but yeah you want to go get the ball diff, better choice, smoother performance and lightweight.

Bought this when I was a teen when the kit was brand new in mid 90s. Drove it stock a handful of times and then decided to hang up RC...

I got this TF-3 off ebay and its missing a few parts and a few scratches but otherwise in excellent shape. The front oneway bearing was toast so I removed it from the front drive gear and I'm waiting for a new one from china. These are extremely...

thanks for the good info, I had a suspicion the lay shaft was for a two speed so I guess I will have to preserve it and not modify it. Im pretty patient and frugal so the hunt begins.

I recently picked up this kyosho tf-2, it's missing a front diff and a front drive belt. Don't know a lot about it.

That looks like a start to a fantastic build! Seems like all the good and hard to find parts are there. Should be pretty easy to finish out. Ive also got a tf2,, almost R spec,, might be a type R,, not sure. Very cool early 2 belt touring car.

Some time ago I got this Kyosho 4WD but have no clue what it is. I have no box or manual. Someone said it´s a TF2 but the pictures I saw were different.
This one is full graphite, front oneway and universals. Someone knows this car and what year...
