Awesome! You gotta love the SRT. Looked so different from the other stadium trucks at the time. Still unique, actually!

Hey guys. So I have amassed enough parts to build myself an SRT from scratch with a few mods here and there. See the all parts picture below:

Finished up my first Pro-ball differential last night!

And now the transmission is just awaiting...

This is the original RC10T that came out in the early 90s

My plans are restoring it and updating the radio, reciever, brushless motor/ESC and a 3s Lipo battery.

It has been fun so far and I hope to have it pretty much wrapped up by the end of...

Well, with my pile of parts it turns out I have collected enough parts to put together 90% of another truck. I always liked the looks of Kyosho ST's, so this is the hodgepodge I came up with.

Another piece of the puzzle, incognito black steering set from Factory Works. I'm struggling to find someone who has 2.5mm black G10 here. Ebay has G10 sheets but they are all 300mm and I need 330mm :roll:

Decent used condition. needs a good cleaning, batt strap and rear shock tower. I also just noticed the shocks are backwards.

i got one of those in a trade in the early 90's. my used 10lss for his new built (unused) ls2. i raced it once, i won the a-main, and sold it that day to the only other traxxas driver that finished dead last with his. :P

Hi Folks

I'm ready to place a sizeable (10-ish bodies) order with TBG. Among other things, I need a body for a Blue Eagle LSII, and I'm *thinking* (ouch, it hurts!!! :lol: ) that the Nitro Hawk would be a direct fit...

Do the LS-II and SRT have the same body? Both are impossible to find, but I read they were similar..

the concept - build a modern track capable truck based on the LS2 chassis thats actually competitive, tall order i know :lol: .. anyway not much of the bling in the photo will be utilized .. weight and function is the goal on this build there will...
