TCP goes SuperShot

Post by Mr. ED »

I'm getting my first modern runner in many years and am retiring some of the old ladies.
But before they get their well deserved shelf rest, I'm making sure they look their best... and this TCP needed a new dress desperately.
I planned to use the SuperShot body for a Turbo Ultima, but a already have a couple other options for that chassis and not enough parts left to build that many more.
And as I already built a Hotshot Ultima before, I didn't feel I needed to repeat that and test-fitted the Tamiya body on some other cars.
The TCP felt like the best match for style and dimensions, and I didn't find any other body I thought would look better on it in my stash.

I hope you like it ;)

Nice work
Thank you.
It would have been very hard to fit the pack and electronics. Unless you mounted the pack cross-wise or sacrificed the driver for esc space.

I like it!
Would be nice to find small electronics to fit.
What wheels are those?

Thanks.
With a shorty lipo there's plenty room for the electronics ;)
The wheels are from the radicator: I found them better looking in combination with this body.
