Had to dig this back up. That is some impressive work especially with just using the dremel. Any pics or you got a lil tutorial on what bits you used and how you did it. I wanted to make a pin router like gomachv but this looks simpler and a lot cheaper. Already got the steady hand...
Started an new project.
The front is ready.
The rear right side plate took almost 2 hours to make.
The left side will be ready today.
Will then askin me the major question, em i going to make the radioplate also of carbon.

I want to have an nice testdrive with the car but then I want also to sell this car but then my other side of thr brain say to me that put the to the box and start an new project.
I can say to you, I have at least owned 15 optimas over the years but...
Iam soon finishing the frog full carbon project so I was thinkin of an crazy looking ultima.
What do you think about that.

Will do an fullcarbon version.
One in this forum have make an nice catbon chassis but Ill go one step more, will do the both chassis plates allso out of carbon.
Ill use 2mm thick carbon .

You gave me the idea and have had fibrelyte make me a motor plate but with the slots built into the design so have fitted to my carbon fibre rear gearbox and looks stunning. I know when you have finished yours will look sweet. Keep up the good work.
