HOW MANY CHASSIS PLATES ARE USED ON scorcher?

Post by THUNDERSTRIKE1 »

Im getn one guy says is the f150 no body but dirty dusty greasy roller.wHATS DIFFERENT BETWEEN THE TWO CARS?Want make it a scorcher, and never had one,DON

THE one i have only has the thin fiberglass plate way too flimsy. You can twist it with one hand very easily.Dang thing only had two bearings in rear arms every where else bushings.Tranny all cleaned out of tons of thick greas.Guess its suppose to have shock springs.Got shocks need new rubber bushings, collars spring seat and springs for it.Would like two matching rear wheels with the simulated bolt patern around the 5 start centers.DON

the rear roll bar is shorter on the F-150 and the front body mount is different and of course the wheels.

and on the F-150 the roll bar will have a hole in the center for a body post. Radio box should be tinted.

He's actually a member here. Probably hasn't been on in forever though. My first gen green Bolink Digger came from him.

The radio box has a big hole in the side likely to fit a stick pack. Luckily there are still rere parts available. So what's your thoughts? Go with the sand scorcher parts or go back with the F150?

I was just looking on ebay. A new radio box would run you around $35 Much better than the $300 they were fetching before the rere came. Is he going to include that blue and white body that was in the pics on the samba site?
