Hard Body Repairs
What tips and techniques have you used to repair cracks & damage on hard bodies?
I used to just use super glue and hobby shop glue to keep them together, not for looks
Have a couple of srb bodies I will be working on with various cracks etc..

Re: Hard Body Repairs
hard bodies are typically ABS resin. the best glue to repair ABS is testor's model glue, but the good stuff, the clear stinky gel, usually like an orange metal tube. It lightly melts the abs as it dries so it helps to create a really good joint.
I have used testors model putty on models, and it works nicely, so I would assume it would work well on those bodies as well.

What is the easiest way to I.D. an ABS or Poly body?
I have a Tamiya Hummer body with a couple cracks in the grill area that need repair.
