My Tamiya Lunchbox Rat Rod/Trippy van.
Thought I would share my cool Lunchbox. May not be everyone's taste, but I love how it shows this thing's history!

I like the patina. It looks cool. All thats missing is the "Free Candy" sticker on the door!

You guys are twisted!!
I like the rat rod box you have.. it looks very interesting and different... maybe do something with the wheels to go with the body work..

Thanks for the replies. Do you have a suggestion for the wheels? Thanks. More projects to come!
Re: My Tamiya Lunchbox Rat Rod/Trippy van.
I would say maybe some nice chrome or black wheels.. I know the "patina" look is popular with the older German car crowd and they run nice clean wheels.. At least paint the wheels instead of the stock yellow.. I have seen where the are guys who did the distressed look on wheels as well but IMHO, that may be too busy..

how about some "Moon" covers? Y'know the brushed aluminum disc wheelcovers used in the 60's/70's and still used on bonneville cars?
You could make some out of the bottom of soda cans pretty easy
