I remember those. A top of the line molded plastic car. It was supposed to be a serious effort at high performance. They really look the business! I would love to see 1 run.

There was a pro version, was it much different? I always like the look of those rcl, and the mercury xi4, I think sold through world engines.

Back in the eighties though,, all I could do is dream about them!

Nice piece of rc history there...don't see those very often - parts are very scarce too.

I'm new to this forum and I have recently acquired my fathers RCL Incident which he purchased new in Japan. I'm keen to get it up and running, however being a newbie I can envisage it being quite a difficult task. Anyway, I thought I would leave a comment as I have some documentation that may be of interest to you. From memory - there is an old scanned article about the Incident, a few pages of parts lists and optional parts, plus some other pieces. I could scan them if you would like. Here's a photo of mine.

Hello, Been wanting one of these for a long time! Just got this Incident on ebay and was wondering if anyone knows a site where I can view or purchase a copy of the instruction/build manual. Thanks! (update, awesome forum member sent me a link to the manual!)
