HELLO thank you for the link to bolink link.
I just sent them an E mail in hopes that they may or have plans of reproducing the body I have been looking for . I pick this body up in 1990 it was my first body .
It was the 32 ford convetable Roadster that works good on the RC 10s and 10 T.s just by changing the body mounts , I will let you know on what I fine out on this one. I still have it but she has seen many races and tracks.
If I fine it and can get it I sure wont cut the fenders skirts off like I did many years ago
Thank you again.
DON your Portland Rustbucket.

Thank you olderacer.
YES That sight has help me at least I hope.
I sent them a note telling them what I am looking for in the older body.
IT is a 1932 ford convertable roadster. It was the first body I pick up when I started racing in 1990.
I am glad that bolink is back I use pick up a lot of bodys from them .
So I hope they may still have it or may have plans of redoing that one?

So thank you so kindly for the information I will let you know on what happens. I should have an answer in a couple of days ??
Thanks DON

HELLO all Well We were able to get a dirt race in today. Had BBQ . Had HOT DOGS. . Even had a large steel cage that they made a fire in so it was like being at a camp fire. It was chilly out and the hot food and camp fire was just what made the day. We had hot food and good racing. NOW can you beat a track like that one.?
Well for the new RC 10 with my oval set up . FOR THE most part it ran good had a lot of fun with it . Did not do much for I was runing a 17.5 so it ran slow .Next week that will change for I plan on insalling my 13.5.. ON handling it handled good went into the corners and did not push. It was different for sure to drive but fun. I had a 81 spure. along with a 28 pinion . IT handled good all the way around. Plan on doing some changing to the right side . BUT after playing with it and fine tuning It could become a good Dirt oval racer.
I also had 2.2 silver mini pins in back along with rib silvers in front.
Well like I said I would do a report on this one.

HELLO I wanted to give you all up date. I heard from Bolink today the body I was looking for is history and no more molds for them. So any way thank you again for your advice. BUT I told them I will keep them in mind for the future. DON

If you decide to go to a modern 2.0 D.O. style wheel setup here is what I do on my sportsman mod cars. it's a custom works rear hub carrier, and I mill off the outermost shock mounting hole on the A-arm. I follow that up with a .125 wheel spacer which is also available from custom works. as far as foam goes, I'm a big fan of the http://www.RC4LESS.com wheels/tires.

What CVD kit are you using for that setup?

that's what i use on my vintage oval rc10 & the newer oval car i have.

customworks also makes cvd's that will work too. they come in 3 lengths & i think the shortest length works for rc10's.

I know this is an old thread but could somebody shed some light on what front axle to use to run those pan car front wheels I just built a sprint car and have a bunch of those old wheels that I want to use but the axles aren't long enough to use those wheels with a 3/16 x 5/16 flanged bearing Thanks
