Awesome build, I just went through and read every post twice.
I have one question, why did you use B4 caster blocks with B4.2 steering blocks? Why not use B4.2 caster blocks?
....be gentle, I stopped racing in '92...

"So in these pics you see the already built hubs and carriers. This is using 20 degree B4 castor blocks, SC10/B4.2 steering blocks, JConcepts B4.1 hex conversion and Avid Hexes also used a short shoulder ballstud. The Avid hexes are b4 rears... You can use the fronts, but the front end will be about 5mm less width than the B4.2"

The castor blocks are the same from B4-B4.2 and the only change is the number of camber link holes. Some versions have 2 and others have 3 and I also believe some are carbon reinforced and others aren't. It's kind of like how he used the JCONCEPTS hex conversion versus the stock associated part. They both will work.

Holy moly.... I was just looking at this car... Not sure if anyone is around to see this answer but here it goes.

I used the B4 castor blocks because I had them on hand. :)

Also...the car right now is on a graphite chassis that I cut down the front kick to fit the front end on... The car is super light especially on the front and just from experience racing it this way, it is not suggested. It would uncontrollably wheelie at the most in-opportune times... Of course that could have been because of the crazy amount of timing and boost I put in the Tekin esc I was running, LOL!

You can never have too much boost !!!! A bit of turbo on top also helps to round it off nicely
