Well the strip down has begun for the peroxide treatment.

Ordered up the Ali steering conversion from eBay

Does anyone know the part number for the Ali cross head screws?? I want to get a set for the car.
If in doubt go flat out!

Nice to hear progress, mine still not arrived as yet.

Be good to know what the alloy steering set is like.

Can't help on the screws sorry, but i did get a fair few RC10 parts from Tower Hobbies - I was surprised how much is still available although you still have to be careful with descriptions since there are so many iterations and differing part numbers !

Any update Headling ?

My TeamCar has now arrived, the new body is on its way back from my painter and some modern 2.2" tyres pitched up yesterday. Got to get the B4 and my two Optima Mid projects finished this week so I can get to the RC10 next week !

Not yet Im afraid, been buying a few parts for the build.

Got RPM rod ends, B4 FT turnbuckles, AE B4 C hubs and steering blocks.

On order are the alloy bell cranks, T4 axles so once these arrive the build will start!

Some useful upgrades, especially as you will be racing it.

It's made me think whether i should keep some/all of my B4 spares when i come to sell the B4 buggy itself in the near future ;)

Oh dear! Think the lot I got off e bay were B44 so maybe a few will work?

I'll get it sorted, if not I'll get some Lunsford ones

I've managed to get NIP front and rear hard anodized shocks for mine which are now built. My body is back from the painter. I seem to have bought another rolling chassis this week (damn ePay !), so I'd better get on with my strip down and rebuild !

Well I'v made a start!

All the plastics have been cleaned and decreased and are in peroxide as we speak.

Started on the steering as can't do much else whilst waiting for all the plastics

The front tubes from bumper to chassis have had it, any ideas of you can still get these ?? Black would be good...

Cheers for the link. Just found the same ones, looks like it'll be a eBay US order as can't find these in the UK :-(

Good luck with your builds, do you have a link to your build thread??
