I moved some things around and came up with the attached below. I still need to secure everything down and zip tie the wires together to clean it up. Assume this is better. I moved the battery up toward the front for weight distribution and tried to keep it centered.

Thanks. So I hooked everything up to test it out and setup the castle esc, bind the radio, etc. How do I prevent the rear tires from ballooning? They are brand new tires/rims not glued but I do have the foam liners inside. Should I glue or tape the insides of the tires? I saw a few posts about adding holes to the tires or rims to prevent ballooning. Also saw a post where they lined the inside of the tires with duct tape.

Tires just balloon, that's how it is. Most of the tricks have downsides as well. Just let them balloon and you'll be fine.

Agreed, make sure you clean the tires well with SimpleGreen, etc. to remove the mold release and glue the bead to the rim. Ballooning under power is normal.
