Yes, they are the Dynotechs. I sanded them down with a fine sandpaper and rounded the square ends with my belt sander. I used Rit dye but it literaly took 1 hour in the boiling dye to get them black. Every time I'd pull them out, they would look navy blue.

It's been a while since I got to put some time into my project car. Last night I had a chance to get out into the shop, here are a couple of progress pics:

Still not sure about how I feel about the rear hubs...I guess we'll see how they work.

Like the black stripe on the tub but don't see it on the last pic. Out of order pics or is the black stripe an optical illusion?

It's an illusion but that does look pretty cool!

Those turnbuckles look just right with the RPM ball cups!

DaveM, Are those hubs you linked the same as the 70272 that most folks seem to use on these builds? I was starting to think those were gone for good. Anybody know the toe angle of those?

Yes, I agree, those turnbuckles are quite sexy.

I realized as I was putting things together that the pack of RPM ballcups come in packs of 12...to my count I need 16 of them (to include the servo). Improper counting abilities or clever marketing scheme on RPM's part....

Looks awesome! I have a white chassis build in progress too but with all white parts. I really like the contrast on your build though!

Thanks! I'm looking to find some blue shocks...I know some of the RC10GT's had blue shocks, but I need .89's for the front. Anyone know is .89's came in blue?
