Nice job. Hope you kept bending diagrams so you can reproduce them when you get the bugs worked out. I always wanted an R/C that looked like a full-scale sand buggy.
I really like cage buggies, and the look of the original Ultima has really gotten a hold of me lately, but I don't have one of the cages. I did have this old FAV cage lying around that I had bought before the rere FAV and Wild Ones had come to be....

Yeah, it is an Outrage right now, I plan to update the chassis to something else at some point...It's all I had for a foundation.
I do still have to work out the mounting points of the cage, as well as what to use for a body. :? I mocked up...
Belt conversion for Stinger (Very Heavy Duty compared to the Optima conversion)
Plan is to find some telescopic driveshafts for the rear.

i just wanted to put a pic of my ultima mk1 fully original never ran no repro parts apart from alloy red shock collars that duplicate the original very neat hop up option thats no longer available from my part.. and option house um27 chassis...
I have a sillyish question-I have an RC10T2 and I'm using my T4 a lot more,now.
I'd love to put a clean chassis on it (mine has a hole for a servo saver cut into it :roll: )-Would a 'B' stamped black RC10 chassis fit,or is the T2 chassis itself...

Why is it that everyone has to drill holes into a rc10 chassis. I think everything rc10 chassis i have gotten since i have gotten into the rc10 have had holes drilled into it. Some have been drilled in so odd places too.

Those Litespeed sinks are cool. I had one on my Optima Mid. The only thing is I wish they allowed the rear curved part of the chassis to bolt onto them somehow.
