Maybe one week it should follow you home
Although....

Better make sure it's cnc capable. The cnc part is getting so cheap these days that it's almost free! Lol

One thing I noted on the Worlds I built is that the meat around the hingepin in the front is a little thick and rubs the arm at about 75% down travel making it bind up (where it has an eccentric shape). Had to do just a little dremeling. Not sure if you noticed this Dan, it might not be effected with the white arms, I was using rere black arms. If your suspension feels like it's binding check that out

Doh! That sucks. Switching the nose will be fine. You'll need to either countersink the nose like I did on those, or drill and countersink the chassis and run the bolt thru. It's a better method for sure, but I know a lot of people wouldn't want to drill the chassis so I made it easier on them. Your choice

I have all the Ten4 custom parts sitting and ready to go, but I'm torn on what to do for the car. I have a re-re Worlds new in box that I could use, but I figured with the parts swapping and configuration changes needed for the Ten4, it might be better to get a donor roller rc10 off eBay?

What did others end up doing, sacrifice a new kit or convert an existing chassis? (or c) none of the above, cobble together parts individually like chassis, nose plate, etc to build it up)

edit: Looks like new worlds re-re kits are still around on eBay, for only $170 with free shipping. Not sure getting a used roller will be that much cheaper than that?

i think you are ahead of the game if you use the re-re......you are gonna spend almost as much trying to get a reasonable roller and it will be used.

If you use a rere worlds, you will need a full front noseplate and they aren't available in black. That's the only real hiccup on the worlds car. Well, that and the trans case.

You can build a SWB version using the cut nose plate, I built one for a customer. Then you would just need the 6565 trans case.
