Stole a Team Car

Well pretty much stole it. A buddy referred me to another site about this car. $65 shipped. Came complete with a set of white Andy's arms to my surprise. Can't beat that. I'm on the fence here. Might just restore it....I've thought of converting the white parts over to the purple chassis or using this car to put my 94 Worlds back together. But for now, I mounted up some team wheels I had laying around.

Maybe I'll wait and see what Anodized Colors Jeff comes up with next?

Do you notice any handling differences between the RC10 graphite team car and the RC10 team car with tub chassis (both fitted with white nylon parts throughout)?
I haven't driven either yet. Been a while...greetings all :)

I would say the tub chassis has more flex and probably a lot bigger sweet spot for setup

I managed to scoop this XXX-S for a whopping NZ$80! (US$40)
It's local,too,so the shipping was only US$5.It's in really nice shape,too-it only ever saw a racetrack,never a parking lot.

Does anyone know when AE replaced the black 'B' tub Team Car with the black 'C' tub Worlds Car?

Do all original C stamps lack the counter sinking on the 6 gear holes?

No, as I said most lack it but not all.

By a different alloy does that mean the A&B were 6061 and the C milled were 7075.

A, B, and plain C were 6061. Worlds milled C...

I was practicing airbrushing and figured I'd do a couple extra, they are in BST. The blue viper team car body has a very small blemish on the nose. Whatcha think?

I haven't even had a chance to clean it up yet but I wanted to post up pics to get some idea what I have. I used to know everything he had done to this car but that was a long time ago and I am just curious as to what is there.

I got the car in a running shape and took it to the track today. I ran the first two heats with it for fun and got lots of positive feedback. I just had a 15 turn in it with a 4000 mah lipo and was nowhere near pace with it as I have not done...

Thought I'd share with ya'll my first RC10.

Has Titanium turnbuckles and hinge pins, Carbon fiber tranny brace, aluminum screw kit, shiny CVDs, MIP ball bearing steering, and one unobtainium shock shaft (don't ask why only one).
