Team car refresh and runner

Post by MatthewMoore »

Hi guys, thought I'd post up pics and progress through the refresh build of my team car I have recently picked up. Plan is to rebuild and run at a few meets this year and then eventually shelf I think.. Not to serious but hopefully you agreed it's being done tastefully.

Few pictures of what I started with;

What cleaner did you use to submerge all the parts in? Were you planning on replacing the bearings anyway?

Hi, the top pot was household bleach.. The nuts,screws hinges etc went into oil. Yea I've replaced the bearings through out the car anyway.

I've had a shell painted, I was trying to hold off until the car was completed but I'll post them up anyway!
