Will the V2 rear arms allow for better cvd clearance?

Niki, will you be able to offer the 'kit' form on Shapeways like you have on iMaterialize? Or move the V2 to iMaterialize (and new rear arm mounts too!)

CVA bone clearance improved with V2 arm. To get same amount of droop V2 side needs 2.8mm less limiters inside shock.

Joey, I could offer a V2 "kit" on Shapeways but there are no price advantage. Price is same as "V2 rear arms" + "V2 front arms" + "V2 arm mounts". And polishing process doesn't work well with big kits. Therefore I'm going to offer kit only on Imaterialise. It might take some time because I need to make the tight packed sprue design first and order it for myself. After that I can offer it to you through Imateriase site. That's how Imaterialise process goes.

Thank you!
Also eagerly awaiting the V2 on I.materialize.

Here is how I am now running the Re-Re worlds quadra-symmetric car with the shorty pack forward. Yes it has a broken aluminum *sigh* screw. New motor and ESC arrive next week. The track is prime for slicks right now and I don't want to buy slicks for this car at the moment... Last week I was thrilled to run a personal-best of 20.3 in my B5M. I'm usually a mid-pack guy but I am always trying to improve. Top guys were doing mid 19's... Then Dakota Phend was racing one night a couple weeks back he ran consistent mid-18's on the same layout... really makes you see the difference...

the one main issue, i find with this, is i just dont trust myself with drilling the holes EXACTLY where they need to be. lol. but im more of a "perfectionist". im just gonna run my car with original parts for now. lol

Jared, drilling what holes? You mean reaming out the hinge pin holes :) 1/8" reamer and be smooth about it. No drilling needed.

Thanks guys... Jared, just let the part quide tool in your hand, it will be perfect :)

These are the tools I use:
Good quality 3.2mm drill bit (I use it only for this purpose)
4-40 tap and drill set
8-32 tap and drill set
...and then the usual stuff.

If anything the drill bit aligns the hinge pin holes better.

The captured hinge pin arms are a little trickier as you have to feel for when your at the end, taking care not to drill all the way through. A piece of tape wrapped around the bit as a depth guide makes it easy if your unsure.
