VAE's Ten4

Post by vintage AE »

I just got this chassis off of facebook and wanted to do something special with it. I figured since it's too nice to run and MIP has a purple one out there, I might as well build a 4wd RC10 with it and the Ten4 will be a perfect project for it.

Here she is...I think white parts will be the way to go. I have enough parts to make a buggy, but there mostly black parts. It might be a slow build, but a good one.

I just picked up a Team Car for a good price :D

The good thing is I can use all of the white parts from it on this build and I can use the Team Car chassis and build a whole other RC10 with spare parts I have. I can sell that other RC10 and not be out any money :D

I picked up a few Associated parts today and ordered the rest that were not in stock.

I'm sticking to my paint scheme and I'm debating weather or not to get orange or white wheels, what do you guys think :?: :!: :?:

Why not pink wheels to match the chassis?

You guys are so funny. It's okay thumbs, I'll stay away from the pink wheels just for you. I wouldn't want ya to get excited about round pink parts

Just guessing but I think it would bled well with the body to have orange rear and white fronts.

I think I want to stay with one color of wheel, but I haven't thought about mixing them up.

The Team car I was supposed to get didn't pan out. He was too busy with work while somebody else had a nicer one for the same price so I bought the nicer one instead. You snooze, you lose, and I didn't want to lose that nice Team Car.

This one is paid for and is mine :D
