Re: Wide frotn end questions
Are talking about the stock wide arms on a buggy? From a short arm to a long arm? Or are you talking about a worlds setup with a long arm and narrow bulkhead? Or the hot trick wide front end with short arms? There are a lot of variations, which one do you mean?
It's time to stand up to the bully. Support the companies that support the industry, not the ones that tear it down. Say no to Traxxas

Re: Wide frotn end questions
Welp, I have the truck front end, with truck arms, and can say it is NOT legal. And this is with flat faced wheels. Runs and jumps great though with the super long travel suspension! I don't race it though, just take it to the track for fun. If I were to race, I'd take my B4.
BUT, I'd be curious too to know how to get the longest arms on the front, and still be legal, just in case I were to race someday That said, if you run the truck front end, what arms are needed to remain legal, that *aren't* made by 3D printing?

Dynotech arms and a truck nose is the exact same width as stock widetrack arms and a buggy nose.

Re: Wide frotn end questions
For reference, truck nose, truck arms, and flat faced wheels equals 270mm, so I'm WAY past the limit.

this is what was sold as the RPM 'worlds' conversion for RC10 and there are benefits. many guys are running this setup ( or at least have built them)
