My original RC10. One owner 25 years and only used once.
This is my original RC10 with D&D Graohite chassis plate that I bought back in the day as a school kid that worked my guts off to save for this piece of history. It was so expensive for me that I decided never to use it other than to make sure it worked after building it. The car kit was bought from ABC Models in Perth Western Australia and had to be specially ordered in as no one stocked it in Perth at the time- I waited almost 3 months for it to arrive... How the Internet has since changed things (hobby store since closed down), the KO RM7 was purchased from Hong Kong on a family holiday there, the Graphite chassis plate was bought mail order together with the prepainted driver figure, and Parma gear cover with opening to adjust the diff. The Hot Shot front tires came from Perth Hobby Centre, Nylon parts were boiled in RIT clothing dye. Body was painted using duplicolor automotive spray paints of the day. This car is totally vintage including the paint and stickers. A true time warp that has been sitting in the closet waiting to pop out.
Cheers. Harold.

Wow, what a super clean ride!
You have much better self control than I would have as a kid. I simply could not resist getting it dirty at least once, or twice
Love the chassis btw!

Hahaha thanks guys. I will leave the front tires as is for sure as that was the mod to do back in the day at the local tracks and I won't change a thing given its truly a time warp piece and to change anything would be to mess wi my memories of the car.ChisaiKuso wrote:What?! Can't find it sadly. Also it's strange as there is no reason I would have thrown it away.TRX-1-3 wrote:Where's the tub?
