RC10 Yard Bashers! Lets see yours!
We've all got a car in our collection that we bash hard and put away wet, right? Let's see those general yard duty, fun to bash and really don't care, RC10's!
Here's my yard basher that I just overhauled again:

Sorry to hijack the thread, but what mods did you do to the front suspension? I'm not all that knowledgable about rc10s, but I'm kinda looking around for a runner...

Looks like long/tall front tower and long front shocks, the rest looks stock.

Yeah, it's a basically stock front end with a long tower and shocks.

No, lol! Come on man! I don't care if it's built with all different color parts, different tires on all corners, Sheetrock screws holding it together, whatever! I want to see them well used, well loved RC10's!

My son and I have several, but here are a couple of favorites:
This ugly old thing. We still bust it out and abuse the heck out of it from time to time. I picked this up years ago for my son to practice with, but I think I ended up liking more than he did. It's based on an RC10DS. It has head and tail lights and a blinking strobe light.

My stealth CE
I roached the wing the last time I ran it, haven't taken the time to cut one out and replace it yet.
The body is from another car I got in a trade that was only good for parts. Since it's a runner and going to get beat up eventually, I decided to be lazy and just use this one instead of making a new one.
I have a few others (non-AE) to that are fun to go bash with, like a Bolink and JRX2...

Re: RC10 Yard Bashers! Lets see yours!
Here's my recently cleaned up and refurbished new-to-me early Cadillac gold tub (well silver tub on the bottom). Had it's first run today having resorted to a contemporary Absima transmitter/receiver as the vintage Futaba/Novak just was too flaky for a safe run. A new Ni-MH 3300mAh battery and a stock AE motor and its running quick enough, albeit probably too high at the front with the current B5 big bore shock set-up.... Lots of under-steer on tarmac, but plenty of time for mods and fettles.
