This car is going to get put on the back burner so it got some of my leftovers , so it can still come out and play.
I threw new bearings in the front wheels and an older transmitter and ESC in it.
Took it out today, installed the original receiver/transmitter that I had on it as a kid, put the Reedy Conquest motor in it, and installed a servo saver. It still runs well, even though the transmission has a slight clicking at times. I guess I'll get to that eventually.
I pulled this thing out again today when the kids were playing with a traxxas. It still looks great. I wanted to take a second to thank all you guys for your help in reviving it!
Let me start by saying that I have no intention of doing this, but just asking. It's about a 25 minute drive each way for work so my mind just kinda wanders(well it does while at work too). I was just wondering if in theory you could run two escs...

I ran two traxxas brushless esc's in my Clod, I just used a Y harness, the truck was crazy fast.
I must be stupid. I love to run my 1993 RC10T #7001 Team Truck, why o why don't I just put it on a shelf, and start with a NEW truck. I could start post-ing to non Vintage sections of RC10talk, about my new truck? I LOVE my old bugger, I put up with...
Wondering how you like it? Nitro or Electric? Been looking at some used ones and I was toying with the idea of going nitro for the first time with this buggy.
pros, cons?

Go for it, it is a pleasure to build because the fit, finish, and quality especially for the machined metal is so high compared to the plastic feel of a B4.
I have a mid 80's, a stamp, 6 gear that I am trying to back running again. I used this back in the day as a carpet oval stock car. I have gotten it running if you want to call it that and now I'm trying to do it right. When I used to race most of...

Sorry just got done dealing with something and was hoping to see some suggestions.
Boiling - I read somewhere around here, boiling should help put some water back into the parts so they are able to flex a little before breaking. I have seen...
Hi All,
I've never run an RC car on sand before, but quite fancy taking something down to the beach with the kids during the summer. I've got the following cars (in pieces) to choose from which I'd be prepared to use for this:
Tamiya...

Running on the beach is awesome. I have a blast when I bring my TRX4 and put it in high gear lock the rear diff. Also my Radio Shack Golden Arrow with Tamiya Sand Scorcher wheels is super fun as well.
Wondering about gearing, lipos that fit, ESC setups, motors etc. I have one of these on the way  can't wait.

Not sure but i believe Bj4 and b44 share almost the same parts. if they have the same gear Box then i think the mounting holes of the T-Bone Bumper will fit to your Bj4, Drop them a line , maybe they can confirm your quiries.
New to the forum and last weekend I purchased a battery for my Goldpan RC10 I bought around 1987 or so. It ran like a champ till we bumped into something and broke the steering block. (Parts on order....ebay...) While not super clean it is a...

ordered directly from them. Their website is a bit wierd. When you select them, it is actually for all 4 wheels. I had e-mailed and asked them about the front vs back and they sent a prompt reply. It did take a couple of weeks to get here so you...
