What Body fits best on a RC10 Graphite?

Post by Chewbacca »

I know a lot of you will think that it is sacreligious, but I am considering to put either a Losi XX (I have one), or a Losi JRX Pro SE body onto my RC10 graphite WOIN mid motor setup.

Wich one fits better width wise.

Now you can start flaming me......

I do not have an rc10 graphite but if the line of holes on each side of the plate for side to side battery mounting is the same as on an aluminum tub the pro SE will be the tightest fitting body to the rc10 graphite chassis. Saying this you know the front of the losi chassis is narrower then an rc10 chassis which might require creative trimming at the front of either XX or ProSE
Losi - Jrx2, Pro, Jr2, Pro SE, JrxT, JrT, LXT, NXT, XXKE, XXTG+
Mini - T, LST, LST2, Crawler
Micro - Trekker, SCT, T
Crawlers - Trx4 Defender, Bootleg Bruiser Shelf Queen
-Bashers under contruction- Jrx2

I used an Andys Renegade body for my graphite buggy. I like the classic squared lines compared to the swoopy rounded shape of Losi bodies.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Shodog, do you also have a picture from the bottom? Since mine is a mid motor, my shock tower is way back. The XX body I have seems to be wider in the back, I believe the Pro SE body is similar in that area.

I use the ProTech body. Fits like a glove.

The newer design Jconcepts Detonator fits longer shock tower distances better. That's what I have on my mid-motor project, and it fits great.

The back of this body is pretty wide. I recal seeing one cut to fit a mid motor chassis on one of the favbook forums

Hi all,

I know I am reviving a really old topic from myself, but google found me this body on ebay, and my own old thread.

I actually think the Losi PRO SE body looks pretty good on the RPM ultra molded kit, I believe it will be a good fit on my mid motor graphte as well.

I have purchased from Peguin before, the TRX 3 Repro bodies.

I copied this picture and added the Penguin marking:

What do you guys think about this body on an RC10 ?
