Finally got around to adding the electronics and running around on the street. I thought the speed control would pop at any minute... it could have cooked a side of beef. I've run it five times with variety of gear ratios and the esc keeps taking...

Its kinda hard to tell the color of the motor can in the pic, but if it is a reddish/florescent red then it is a 16 triple (speed gems ruby). If it is more of a florescent orange can, then it is an 11 triple (speed gems topaz).

I have a manual speed control in a Gold pan RC10 I recently picked up. I would like to keep this simply for the vintage appeal, knowing that it will not be as functional as a newer ESC. This will be a model mostly for display anyway. I tried...

I'm restoring a 6-gear RC10, and am using the resistor speed control. Everything is working, but the brakes. The buggy just coasts. It's been a very long time since I've setup an RC10 this way, but I seem to remember the motor acts as a brake when...

I figured out the problem with the brakes not working. The resistor wiper arm was not fully reaching the brake bands of the resistor. It appears the resistor has 4 primary zones (brakes, low, medium and full power). The original resistor brackets...

Recently I was able to procure a Fusion Speed Carbon Fiber tub chassis

My plan is to switch out the graphite chassis on my MIP SP-2 equipped chassis.

I always wanted a nicer condition chassis than the used one I used on this buggy. I ended...

Picked up this sweet rc10 team car with fusion speed chassis from Jason and added new proline wheels, new titanium turnbuckles, new early team car gear cover, new stealth outdrives and carbon transmission brace. I have a new painted Jamin Jumper...

That is an awesome car! The Fusion carbon fiber chassis is the unicorn of RC10 parts. I was lucky enough to find one of those tubs but it’s so rare I haven’t built anything with it yet

Got a very nice fusion speed tub drilled for a stealth. Not totally sure on the direction of this yet, any suggestions? I'm going to fill the 2 little holes on each side of the chassis then seal it with lacquer.
