12mm stock hex wheel on OIN (w/ b4 UJ's)

Hi Friends

There's a local series racing indoor offroad this winter... Unfortunately there are only 3 dates that I can attend. I sold my last modern 2wd last year, and I don't want to buy a $300 car for just three meetings. And I have this awesome OIN RC10 I bought on the forum a while ago but never worked on - perfect excuse to get started on the work, as well as not making the A-main during these demanding, hi-grip races where lowrider MM3 rules.

Problem is - we must use the spec schumacher tire/wheels ie minipins/darts/cactus and staggers on the industry-standard 12mm hex rims...

Hence my Q: what is the best solution for me to mount these wheel/tires on my car? If it costs more than $300, I'll pick up a B6, or not go racing...

HPI Super Star hex adapters?

Are they the same offset as B4 with a hex? If so associated sells various hex adapters in different thicknesses that would work. Definitely cheaper than $300.0
