Cool! Funny that you got those first, you ordered them after the arms, didn't you?

Over a week after in the same material. I even ordered 4 Invencer prototype arms in this same batch. Go figure.

So Jeff (GoMachV) and I are taking on the 2-gear stealth trans case/4WD project together. Here's the first pass. There are no mounting provisions on so we can have freedom to play with different mounting options and how it will fit with the other components up front.

He wanted me to help out with some front arms and I told him I would but I've been so busy with work and family that I just haven't had much time. Hopefully you can help him with those.

Got a nice package from Shapeways yesterday:

Stealth cap and spacers

25 degree kickup arm mounts
1424481822075.jpg
10 degree caster shims
1424481837904.jpg
0 degree toe x 3 deg antisquat rear arm mounts
1424481828464.jpg
+5 degree caster blocks
1424481843973.jpg
-5 degree caster blocks

As soon as I verify all this stuff works, I'll make them avalable on Shapeways.

Oh, and not to forget the 2-gear Stealth box

I finally got around to designing the "bolt in" mid-motor rear bulkhead. This bulkhead uses the rear two 6-gear mounting holes and puts the bulkhead in the correct position for a mid-motor conversion. Use this with either my bolt-in 3-gear or 4-gear mid motor case and you don't have to drill any holes in the rear of pan. Prevents "Swiss Cheeseing" of the chassis, like I had to do on my B1M to mount everything. I also trimmed the "wings" off to save you some money (less material = lower cost from Shapeways) and retained the World's and Team ball stud holes, and added another below each for more tuning options.
Once I get one of these made for myself and check it out I'll make them available.

I was wondering what you were going to do with the battery pocket. It looks like the bulkhead is moved forward a little bit as opposed to just having the proper hole spacing.

Yeah, you got it, the bulkhead is moved forward. If i just put holes in the original location but changed the spacing the bulkhead would be back too far. With this bulkhead and the bolt-in trans cases the outdrives are in the stock location and the trans and bulkbead are the right spacing to use the stock trans brace.

Brian, I have a donor chassis (A stamp) to test fit parts :) Just need to finish taking the extra stuff off it.

Thanks. I was able to find them on the Shapeways website by typing in "6215". I'll be ordering a set.
