Go back and install the spacers in the shocks per the manual. Also make sure shims are installed properly on the axle. Move all but one to the inside to space the axle in further

Put limiters in the shocks to decrease down travel.

Last time, I drove this car was in 1992. I took the wheels off and parked it. I intended to drive it later, but never got around to it. It's been either in a storage unit or in a garage since then. I found it today, and here is what it looks like...

Do you notice any handling differences between the RC10 graphite team car and the RC10 team car with tub chassis (both fitted with white nylon parts throughout)?
I haven't driven either yet. Been a while...greetings all :)

I would say the tub chassis has more flex and probably a lot bigger sweet spot for setup

Here is one of my newest additions to my RC10 collection.
Got it from a buy now auction right off the bay. I think it is a nice modified car and I got the information that it was driven by a former Italien Team Associated driver.

What was the reasoning back in the day for trimming down the chassis. Weight only?

weight was a factor but also being able to get the body down as low as possible helped airflow. You needed all the advantages you could get before the battery...

I bought this new in 1990 I think. It's an Rc10 team car in kit #6035. I have never raced, just enjoyed whoppin all the Tyco's. I would like to clean it up for my son and I, where should I start and where is the cheapest source for parts? Do Hobby...

I'm patiently waiting for delivery of a vintage RC10 Team Car that has been built but never run.

It will be my first RC10, having only had Tamiya and Schumacher before.

If anybody is interested I was going through some of my old rc10 parts and came across a brand new still in the bag pair of front pyramid spiked vintage tires for the rc10 they are brand new never even been mounted I can't see the thing the pictures...
