Help identifying some beautiful aluminum wheels

Post by Joey48442 »

Somewhat new to the forum, definitely not new to rc, but I recently picked up a well loved graphite rc10. She cleaned up great. After a complete tear down, and cleaning of course. The parts were dyed black, so I re dyed them, freshened them up.

But my main question, it came with beautiful wheels... But I can identify them! Any help?

Thanks! I've got many posts to come to share my other projects

They look like T&A machine wheels to me.

Blimey, those are gorgeous. I'll bet they are way heavier than the plastic ones though.

Thanks! The seem pretty light. In sure heavier than plastic but not much. I'll weigh them on my kitchen scale and report back.

Thanks for the compliment. I love the bling but I'd never be crazy enough to run a buggy with some aluminum wheels on it.

Right! The guy who I bought my graphite rc10 from just threw them in. He said he used those wheels when he displayed the car. I was going to eBay them but didn't know what to call them. They look nice but I have no use for them.
