These picks are 14 years old. She has been garaged for that time. Been slowly putting her back together over the last year. Now that spring is here i hope to get her started soon
Awesome truck! You really need to restore that beast...and with a tranny like that, you're ready to change the motor mounts and drop in a big block. Or at least a done-up 360. You have the basis for a Warlock or Li'l Red Express truck there. 8)

What part of Middle TN are you in exactly. I lived in Springfield for three years a decade ago. I had a dark cherry metallic 85 Trans Am back then and at the time there was a decent F-body club going.

Restoration will happen eventually. Getting it mechanically sound and running are first priorities.

No big block. I like unusual motors. The Slant six can be pumped up to 200+ hp with 350+ torque real easy. More than enough for the cruise truck I envision. Suspension has been upgraded. New brakes all the way around.
I have all the parts for power door locks, power windows, stereo upgrade, plus a new wiring harness to get rid of the 40 year old fire hazard under the dash.

Fantastic! Nothing like the sound of a high performance German engine. Interesting to see the Holley on there.

Now hurry up and get the graphics on.

It looks and sounds great. Are those good numbers for that engine?

These are pretty good number for this engine, but sort-a low when compared to newer ones this is 1987 vintage block, head, cam and headers with 1979 intake and distributor technology. This car was fast with 115hp at the wheels so 177 will be a handful, time to spend more $$$ on suspension. Never ending circle.. LOL

Plastizip that is one of my favorite Group 5 E21's!
