One thing I find amazing, is that we never realized just how aweful our cameras and pictures were back then. we just took it as being the norm.
Here's mine, I still like doing these types of graphics, my current B4 has one like it.

Re: Post your vintage PRINTS here in the vintage RC Photo Album
Posted these before but seems like a good place to drop them again.
My CAT XL and then brand new SWB Mid, complete with home-turned alloys. Still have both cars.
Couple of my white Yokomo 870c on track somewhere during the Radio Race Car Series.
My Works '91 Yokomo leading out the A Final of the Donisthorpe round from May '93.
Still got the same car in pretty much identical format, and the FTD trophy
There must be a load more pictures somewhere.... i will have a dig.

Here are a few pics I recently found going through some stuff my dad gave me.
Check out the cool birthday cake my mom made for me! I think this was my 14th birthday.
Check out my first RC10!
My short fling with the losi JRX2
That's right, putting my SECOND JRX2 together!

You're lucky to have such good shots of your old cars (do you still have them?) Am liking the BMX bikes in the background also

Awesome cake! I agree, you're lucky to have those photos. I have a couple of envelopes of prints I keep hoping will turn up. Seeing these sparks my interest to dig around at my parent's house again...orangemazda wrote: ↑Thu Jun 22, 2017 4:17 am Here are a few pics I recently found going through some stuff my dad gave me.

Re: Post your vintage PRINTS here in the vintage RC Photo Album
Great looking at all the old photo's. As mentioned, photo quality was really poor back then
These are the only photo's I have from my racing days. This was an inter club endurance race at Southend, Essex in 1986 or 87. I was racing my Schumacher CAT (original SWB). I remember my ESC going up in smoke at this meeting and ended up racing a borrowed Optima
