FedEx delivery!
I got a nice 2s shorty lipo and some connectors (5mm) from http://www.smc-racing.net/
The battery labels are on the sides so you have a clean, black surface on the top!
The 5mm gold plated connectors (they don't come with the battery, you got to buy them separate) have a grub screw on the bottom so you can adjust the tension of the connector in the battery tube. How cool is that!
Instead of buying a charge cable, I'll make my own.

Just too sweet of a deal to pass up. I will keep a handful and the rest will be sold off to fund some projects ive wanted to tackle.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I had to go pick these up since they were local. Been looking for a nice set of these motors for a while. These came with the boxes with a new extra set of brushes inside. Labels were taken off the motors in favor of the heatsinks. The shocks were a cool bonus. The new future project here is a Turbo Optima Mid I think? And the total grimy mess is a Kyosho Sandmaster Mk II. The 1988 MRC-Tamiya Catalog had me drooling. That reminds me--------I still need a Striker.

The wife said I needed help too when I got home. I said to her, "you're right". and handed her a box to carry inside.
